- Children age 14 and up are billed at the adult rate.
- Dual plan pricing applies only to legally married couples or parent/child pairs.
Key Terms
CDE Savings Club membership starts immediately and lasts 12 months, with all services required to be used within the same membership year (no rollovers). It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only at Cobb Dental Expressions. Membership cannot be combined with dental insurance or other promotions/discounts, and full payment is due at the time of service. Sedation services, hospital services, outside referrals, and accident-related treatments are not included. Annual membership fees may change without prior notice.
